How do you describe your wedding approach?

I would describe my style as a mix between documentary photography and classic wedding photography. I like to take as many candids as I can during a wedding, and disappear into the background as much as possible. When the timeline allows it, I love to absorb the chaotic magic of a wedding day and keep an eye out for moments I personally would want immortalized in print forever. However, I am also very comfortable posing, giving prompts, and stepping in front of a crowd when needed.

I think a good photographer knows when to take a step back and watch the moment unfold, but also when to step in and give direction. My favorite wedding albums have all the little moments - first looks, buttons getting fastened, goosebumps & little touches - but also the bigger moments - your classic ‘for-the-parents’ portraits, the cake cutting, the dances.

I am here first and foremost for my clients. I want to capture your day as it unfolds, but I will also be there to create a little magic and out-there art if you’re down for it!
